Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the DR2U website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

DR2U is operated by GPS Health Online LTD, a company registered in England (company number 12596423), registered office 228, Church Lane, London, NW9 8SN. Our VAT registration number is 360726795. You can contact us at info@dr2u.co.uk or by telephone on 3423423423.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not an acceptance. We'll send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt, but the contract between us is only formed when we accept your order — which, unless we tell you otherwise, happens when your payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order before that point — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing or listing error has occurred — in which case we'll refund any payment taken in full and let you know.

Pricing and VAT

  • Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where VAT applies.
  • The total price payable, including any delivery charge, is shown before you complete your order — there are no charges added later that weren't shown up front.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed before it's dispatched, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary from what's shown.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Mollie, our payment provider, via their hosted payment page. We never see or store your full card details — Mollie handles this in accordance with PCI DSS card industry security standards. Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Delivery options, prices, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout based on your delivery address, and set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will email you once your order has been dispatched.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, email info@dr2u.co.uk with your order number, or use the cancellation option on your order in your account. Full details of how this works, including the hygiene exclusion described below, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

Returns and refunds

Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us. We'll refund your payment, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof of postage, if earlier). Full details, including who pays return postage and how to start a return, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

Hygiene exclusion for opened supplements

Because of what we sell, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once a food supplement's seal has been broken, or once any tamper-evident packaging has been opened. This is a standard exception under regulation 28(1)(f) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exists for health protection and hygiene reasons — once a supplement's seal is broken, we can no longer verify it hasn't been tampered with or resell it safely to someone else. This exception doesn't apply if the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.

Our products

We sell food supplements and general healthcare products — we do not sell medicines. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions on this site are provided for information only and are not a substitute for medical advice; DR2U does not provide pharmacy services, medical advice, or clinical consultations. If you have a health concern, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please speak to your GP or pharmacist before use.

Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, and consistent with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including your rights for goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described), our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss that wasn't a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract, or for losses relating to business activity, since we supply to consumers.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. See our Complaints Procedure for how to raise a complaint, what to expect, and your right to alternative dispute resolution if we can't resolve things between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
